Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Advice on aroma therapy anyone? Another consecutive night of insomnia. This is getting irritating. Whenever i'm piled up with work n stress. Nothing's in my mind but my brain just doesnt want to rest. Despite being so physically tired. And my red veins cover my eyeballs every night. I need to seek aroma therapy. Better than medication on insomnia right? With only that few hours of sleep per day and not even a good deep sleep. Considering i sleep like 10hrs a day normally.
