THE KEYS GO WHOLE30. I gave myself 1 week post marathon to eat away my bad race sads and indulge in a daily afternoon cookie, an extra glass of wine, and several trips to Menchie’s, because on Monday we started Whole30. Whole30 is a program (diet? Where you eat real food for 30 days. Meat, seafood, veggies, eggs, fruit, nuts, etc. You cannot eat sugar, grains, dairy, beans or alcohol. (I am trying to focus on all the things we CAN eat, instead of the things we can’t…). I was inspired by my friend Jamie.
