Training for General Fitness and Sports Performance. Saturday, November 29, 2008. This week has been somewhat frustrating – my wrist injury sustained in the basketball game two weeks ago hasn’t gone away. I’ve since got it checked out by a doctor who had a look at some x-rays and determined that there was no bone damage (phew! 8211; the radiologist’s report will be in tomorrow but the initial diagnosis is tendonitis. Looks like it’s Voltaren (anti-inflammatory gel) for me! Posted by The RT Crew.
