So this is news to me: They're casting for a film of The Hobbit! It's written by Peter Jackson, but directed by Guillermo del Toro. Fantastic! Guillermo del Toro created one of the most beautiful and terrifying movies I've ever seen: Pan's Labyrinth. If you haven't seen it, please check it out. It's stellar. We should try to be in it.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. This is one of my favorite leftover type meals. Use any leftover meat (chicken, pork, beef). Whatever asian type veggies you have (carrots, peas, broccoli, whatever). Spaghetti noodles (i perfer the regular fat ones, use angel hair if you like). Drain the pasta, add it to the veggies and meat and stir together. Allow to cook for a few more minutes to the noodles will absorb the flavor of the sauce. Honey, I'm home! Sunday, October 16, 2011. Mild Stir Fry Sauce. 4 cups chicken broth. 4 Tbsp arrowroot powder. 1 1/2 Tbsp Toasted seasame oil. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger. 3 cloves minced garlic. 1 Tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix arrowroot powder and chicken stock. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock mixture and honey, toasted seasame oil,salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat to desired consistency about 3-5 minutes. 2 tbsp olive oil.
