Mild Stir Fry Sauce. 4 cups chicken broth. 4 Tbsp arrowroot powder. 1 1/2 Tbsp Toasted seasame oil. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger. 3 cloves minced garlic. 1 Tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix arrowroot powder and chicken stock. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken stock mixture and honey, toasted seasame oil,salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat to desired consistency about 3-5 minutes. 2 tbsp olive oil.
