Apparently, I wasn’t really thinking about the recent E.Coli outbreak. O well, I can be stubborn sometimes. Not that I insisted on serving the poor sprout to my friends, though. But I went on with the initial plan, making the Korean style sprout banchan. Dried seaweed, soak in water (as per package instruction), thinly slice.
