The results were astounding! 125 lb. any kind of beef steak sliced into 1/4" strips. 4 tbsp. olive oil. 4 tbsp. butter. 1 green bell pepper, diced. 1 medium yellow onion, diced. 2 stalks celery, sliced. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. 1/2 tsp. onion powder. 1/2 tsp. paprika.
