Salt as per taste. 4-5 drops of Lemon juice. 1 cube of coal. 2 tsp of ghee. Coriander and mint leaves. Wash all the vegetables nicely. Now cut the cucumber, tomato in to small pieces. Also finely shred the beet root and carrot. Mix all the vegetables in a glass bowl. Put salt as per taste. Finely crush the roasted cumin seeds and put in the above mixture.

Special Mixed Vegetable Curry. 1 cup carrot sliced, boiled. 1 tomato finely cut. 1/2 tsp coconut grated. 1/2 tsp ginger grated. 1/2 tsp garlic crushed. 1 tbsp sesame seeds. 1/2 tsp each cumin. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. 1/2 tsp red chili powder. 1 tsp lemon juice. 1 inch piece cinnamon. 1 Cut all the vegetables and boil them. 2 Drain the boiled vegetables, keep stock aside. 4 Heat butter, add seeds and let them splutter.
