Tip: Add 2-3 tsps. lemon juice to prevent banana from browning. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan or a muffin pan. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. Pour into prepared pan. Sweet and Sour Pork.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a rectangular pan size 9x13x3. Dissolve cocoa and instant coffee in 1 cup hot water. Add milk and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and baking soda. Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. 1 tsp baking powder.
