Baptism Pictures-Relay for Life-Birthdays. The main reason for our weekend visit to St. George was so we could attend and participate in the "Relay for Life" marathon supporting cancer. I can't even begin to tell you how emotional this was for us all. Between Katelyn and my mother in law, Joyleen, we have been through all the ups and downs that come with cancer. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The kids and I went with my mom down to Las Vegas for my cousin Steves 4oth Birthday. We went to the dinner show that is at the Excalibur. Let me just tell you that it is definitely worth the money. I was a little worried about taking Kayden, but to my surprise he sat wide eyed at the edge of his seat the whole two hours! Both of the kids loved the show! He wouldn't let me wash it off until the next morning when it was smeared all over his cheek! Links to this post.

Wanted to wear his costume all day and he wouldn't even let me take off his dinosaur head either. Last year I had to fight him to even put on his costume.What a difference. Monday, April 27, 2009. Kelsie had her dance recital on Saturday. She performed three dances.one hip-hop, and two jazz dances. She did a great job on all three dances. I just thought that I would post some of the better pictures that we took. It is so hard to get good pictures when the are moving around so fast. She loves to dance she is awesome at it for her age! Great job Kelsie we love you! This is Kelsie and Macall after the dance recital. I know that you can't really tell it from the picture though.

This is a good recipe to use if you have the canned ingredients and noodles in your food storage. It's pretty cheap to make and really easy, too! 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup chopped onion (or dried minced onion). 1 can cream style corn. 1 cup mild cheese (grated). 1 can tomato soup. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 3/4 tsp. salt.

Monday, March 28, 2011. 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Yellow cake mix. 1 1/4 cups water. 1 TB high quality cinnamon (I like Saigon). Pre-heat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except the cinnamon. In a medium bowl for 30 sec on low, then on medium for 2 minutes. Put 1 cup of the batter into a small bowl and mix in the cinnamon. Bake for 17 min. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan to finish cooling on a wire rack. When completely cool, top with buttercream frosting. 4 cups powdered sugar.
