Tuesday, September 24, 2013. 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced small. 1 can water chestnuts minced. 1 cup mushrooms minced. 1/2 cup scallions, white and green part chopped. 1 head of lettuce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar. 1 Tbsp. sugar. 1/2 Tbsp. ginger. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1/2 tsp. garlic. Cook chicken and dice into small pieces. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, scallions and sauce. Serve in lettuce cups with Diane's lettuce wraps sauce.

Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, salt, pepper and olive oil; let stand for 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. 1/2 cup pine nuts and 1/2 cup walnuts. 3 cups loosely packed fresh basil (about 4 oz. container). 1 cup olive oil.
