Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Taco Seasoning {21 Day Fix}. It really is not difficult to make your own seasonings. Since starting on my weight loss journey in January I have really taken notice of what is actually in those packets. Honestly, I do not want that stuff in my body! This recipe makes a very large amount! We use taco seasonings on everything. If it is too much just cut it in half. 6 tablespoons chili powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
