I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. May 18, 2009. Get my freak on. Goals for this week:. Put some better fuel in my tank. Mix up the routine with some biking and other forms of exercise. Monday, 18 May. Chilled at the track. Ran about 20 minutes barefoot, much of that on the actual track. I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. May 29, 2009. Monday, 25 May. Tuesday, 26 May. Ran for a bit on the south field, waiting for a lane in the pool. How dumb sounding is that? Wednesday, 27 May. When I arrived I was treated to a delish and complex meal of fish, rice, brussels sprouts with bacon. all sorts of goodness.
