Runner with a Running Problem: September 2011

http://regardlessrunner.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html

Runner with a Running Problem. Running, Lasing, Lazing, Cycling, and Drinking in no particular order. Accountability: Week of 9/12/2011 - 9/18. Weekly Total: 35.1. Spent all day writing O-chem problems for a dental school admissions test prep. Went out for a short jog in the evening. Woke up after 12 hours of much ...

Wednesday, 9/19: 7.2 miles. Ran along ballona creek path to overland and up to veteran park. Did 4x200 at 35, 34, 31, 31. These felt rather exhausting for the speed. Maybe it was trying to go fast on grass in flats, or maybe i'm just slow. Whatever. Jogged home. Tuesday, 9/18: 6.9 miles. Felt ok, didn't take it too hard.
