Born to Run. *but not really. Run, Forrest, Run! February 1, 2012. Unfortunately I was unable to wake up as early as I’d hoped this morning. Wait, check that… I woke up plenty early enough, but I took my time with breakfast and coffee and didn’t make it to work as early as I’d hoped. There’s something to be said for doing things slowly, especially at 5am. That’s not to say I still won’t go. We’ll see how the day goes and if worse comes to worse, I’ll go Friday. No big deal. For these reasons, exercise, especially as pertains to number 2, is very important. I’m going to recharge myself and take the rest of the weekend off. I’ll restart week 3 on Monday when I hope to be able to run in the morning before work. I don’t want to get discouraged, and I can feel that coming. I have to keep this going. Laquo; Continuing on.
