We spent 4th of July at Ben's grandma's, went home to watch some fireworks, then we headed up to my family cottage for the rest of the week. It was a nice long vacation! Last Sunday we went back to Ben's grandma's for the day. The kids love it up there! Lots of swimming and building of sand castles. Fun! Oh my goodness, this album was so cute it hurt! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Renovations Continued with the Hallway/Stairway. The house is nearly done with a COMPLETE face lift! And Chris and I have done it all on our own! This is the hallway/stairway-this was by far the HARDEST area in the entire house to paint! It was awful-we had no idea how tall the stairway was :) So here are before and After pictures of it. The original color was a lighter shade of green-I stuck with the green but went a touch darker with more of a brown hue to it.
