Tuesday, August 26, 2008. We watched a video on a malay. Cultural dance during a RSP. The performance was at Malay Village, a location in Singapore. At first, there were a few women dancing gracefully, and they seemed like they were imitating the actions of female horses. Then, the malay. Men came on stage and they were so called 'possessed' by the spirit of the horse, and started behaving like real horses. Music in the background. Thursday, May 14, 2009. Haven't been here in a long time D:. But yeah, rice :D. Bai Cha, cool khmer rice dish! A dish that came from Cambodia. Bai Cha is a Khmer (Cambodian) variation of fried rice. It includes food like Chinese sausage, garlic, soy sauce, various vegetables and herbs. The rice is fried in soy sauce, thus giving the food a brownish colour.
