Friday, October 24, 2008. Mr Azahar showed us a video on the Kuda Kepang that day. In the first part of the video, there was a group of female dancers who carried little horses(like the one seen above). The tempo of the drums were relatively slow, and to me it was just another Malay dance. HOW COULD THE AUDIENCE BEAR TO LOOK? Thursday, May 14, 2009. Haven't been here in a long time D:. But yeah, rice :D. Bai Cha, cool khmer rice dish! A dish that came from Cambodia. Bai Cha is a Khmer (Cambodian) variation of fried rice. It includes food like Chinese sausage, garlic, soy sauce, various vegetables and herbs. The rice is fried in soy sauce, thus giving the food a brownish colour.
