THE STORY — Amos Rendao
http://www.amosrendao.com/the-story
Movement Scientist Information Activist Lost Boy. Funny timing as I'm trying to learn more about humility, I also need to write a bio. I feel that if I write about what I’m working on and passionate about, maybe what you take from reading will help us connect in a positive way:. I am a movement scientist. Picture me in a lab coat, jumping and swinging. I have a conviction for harmony in mind/body/surroundings, and Parkour is the perfect journey with innumerable benefits. I find one way to give back.

Movement Scientist Information Activist Lost Boy. Ukemi (pronounced ‘oo’-'keh’-'mee’ or ü-‘ke-mē. Can be loosely translated in the context of Parkour as "the art of falling.". Parkour Ukemi is a project that studies falling techniques related to the scenarios one will find through the practice of Parkour and other hard surface movement arts. It is highly practical and may even be necessary to keep us safe as our discipline evolves in ways we cannot presently fathom. Failing is part of learning.

February 24, 2016. Why I love to Coach? February 24, 2016. I placed this exact post in my "tips" content but I felt it was so wonderful and so true to why I coach, that I wanted to place it here, in the "Blogs" section. This way no one will miss it. Why do I coach? It allows one to excel both mentally (oh so essential in racing) and physically, in life or on the race course. I wouldn’t have hit the podium consistently without her".
