Mommie Monologue: January 2012
http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 25, 2012. I see London, I see France…. I see Chase’s underpants. That’s right, he is officially potty trained. While he still wears diapers at night he is in bog boy underwear and has had only about 2 accidents in the last month. We are so proud of him and how quickly he picked it up. Since I am so far behind I'm not going to write a lot but let the pictures do the talking. We did a white Christmas, it snowed about 6 inches in Great Bend. Christmas sugar cookies with Aunt Ashley. And I...

Mommie Monologue: December 2011
http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 16, 2011. Thank God for Kids. If it weren't for kids have you ever thought. There wouldn't be no Santa Clause. Look what the store just brought. Thank God for kids. We'd all live in a quiet house. Without Big Bird or a Mickey Mouse. And Kool-aid on the couch. Thank God for kids. Thank God for kids there's magic for a while. A special kind of sunshine in a smile. Did you ever stop to think, or wonder why? The dearest thing to Heaven is a child. A 'Daddy how does this thing fly? My spirite...

Mommie Monologue: October 2011
http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 15, 2011. It’s pumpkin pickin time so we made our annual trip to Johnson Farms Pumpkin Patch, it has sort of become a tradition for us. It is the perfect place for picking perfect pumpkins, say that three times fast! The boys love to hop on the hayride and hit the fields in search of their “great pumpkins”. I love watching the boys run through the field in search of their pumpkins, it is always fun and interesting to see what they find. Look how much we've grown (typical poses). Somewhe...

Mommie Monologue: February 2012
http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 25, 2012. Family Room or Wild Animal Battle Field? Carter lost the first of his two front teeth (with a little help from daddy) and the new tooth is just starting to come in so for now all that's left is a BIG hole. I think is it so cute. He was pretty sure that since it was a "bigger" tooth the tooth fairy was going to give him $100, which of course she did not. You gotta love the logic though. Monday, February 13, 2012. All Aboard the birthday train! Where has the time gone? I guess ...

Mommie Monologue: April 2012
http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Ever since Carter came along and missed sharing his dad’s birthday by a mere 16 hours Nate has had to take a back seat on the birthday front. At least he had 27 good years, right? So while I don’t have any party pics or laser tag stories to share I still wanted to give him his own little bit of white space and let him know we didn’t forget about him. We love you… old man. What do six year old boys love? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Chase brought a friend home from school last week, Chameleon, he is the classroom traveling (stuffed) animal (thank goodness) and he comes home, along with his book, with each child for a week. The mission; take pictures of them doing special things together and write in the traveling journal. Here is what Chase and Chameleon were up to. Defender of the Goal. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. http://mommiemonologue.blogspot.com/2012/06/deanna-rose.html
Saturday, June 16, 2012. After watching Carter ride the ponies the last two summers Chase finally got his turn now that he is three. Of course, Carter now seems to be "too big" as he says. to ride the ponies. He decided to take up fishing this year. We also had a tag along, Carter's best buddy Blake.
