The Art of Rob Korpela: From Color to Monochromatic or Black & White
http://robkorpela.blogspot.com/2008/11/welcome-to-monochromatic.html
The Art of Rob Korpela. Technology and Fine Art. Saturday, November 1, 2008. From Color to Monochromatic or Black and White. This was a lot of fun. I brought this into Photoshop and change the digital image of the painting to black and white, adjusted the contrast, and used the sphere feature before going into painter and using the dry brush. I then proceded to completely change photo allowing more negative space by completely turning photo to B and W. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Technology and Fine Art: Class 6: Look Ma, No Art School
http://technologyandfineart.blogspot.com/2008/10/class-6-look-ma-no-art-school.html
Saturday, October 11, 2008. Class 6: Look Ma, No Art School. This week I showed off one of Painter's many magical tools: Quick Clone. Quick Clone allows anyone with a good (and sometime not so good) photo to use some of Painter's best brushes to simulate a painting done from "scratch" with real media. The process begs the question: Is it cheating? Posted by John Fehringer. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Creative Borders in Photoshop. Hair Selection With Channels. The Photoshop Tool Bar.

Each are used for separate and specific purposes. TIP: Before you flatten and ...
