Magil Pratt: Second day of class
http://magilpratt.blogspot.com/2008/09/second-day-of-class.html
Second day of class. We were introduced to Photo Shop today. I had some experience with it as a graphic designer years ago, but now I know how little I knew. I spent most of my time this afternoon playing with filters and adjusting images of myself, as you can see. The possibilities with this program are huge. I'm excited to see what I can do with it. http://endtimes2.blogspot.com/2008/12/show-has-begun.html
Adventures in Art and Technology. A continued exploration of Art via Technology. Sunday, December 7, 2008. The show must go on! The show has begun. Most of the class arrived at the Juneau Arts and Humanities Center at 9 am Thursday the day before the opening. We persevered through a power outage, due to a heavy snow storm, to get the show up on the walls. Luckily the power came on after an hour or so. It helped greatly being able to see what we were doing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Lmb Technology and Fine Art. Saturday, October 11, 2008. October 4, 2008. I missed class as I was busy being the "Queen of Spades" at Juneau-Gastineau Rotary Bulb Sale / Distribution. I spent some time becoming reacquainted with Painter and was inspired by the stormy fall days we are having. Using the Palette Knife and the Color Palette I created version A. Using Marbleizing, under Effects, I created version B, " Autumn Storm". Thursday, October 2, 2008. September 27, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
