Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Hey Rob, Where You At? It's been a busy few weeks and I haven't put out a decent post in a bit. So this is what I've been up to.first off, I turned 45 on May 6 so HELLO new age group! The home base was the David Braley Centre at McMaster University, an awesome facility. Now on the bike the Beast was one happy camper as evidenced by the giddy look on his face! Beast getting antsy because we stopped for a pee break - "when are we going? Tuesday, December 30, 2014. We picked up John (Beast) and his Sheila and headed north to visit the gang in Bolton. The Vanstones opened their home for the Ugly Sweater event. Thursday, August 21, 2014. Ironman Lake Placid Part 2: Mother Nature Kicked Ass! So the Wednesday before the race we were fully settled in and thought some exercise would be in order to loosen up. Saturday, April 18, 2015. Love when spring arrives. It's a definite energy booster. The weather is slowly getting warmer and the green is emerging. I am getting around Ontario of late.
