Ayley's Anecdotes: So sorry...444 years on
http://ayley.blogspot.com/2006/06/so-sorry444-years-on.html
Back from the antipodes the saga that is Ayley's life continues. Saturday, June 24, 2006. So sorry.444 years on. I've just finished reading an extraordinary article about a man called Andrew Hawkins who believes he is a descendant of John Hawkins. The first English slave trader. Apparently, when Andrew Hawkins discovered that his ancestor was responsible for initiating the slave trade in Britain, he felt compelled to publicly apologise to the African nations. Ayley's Anecdotes: Beauty beckons
http://ayley.blogspot.com/2006/06/beauty-beckons.html
Back from the antipodes the saga that is Ayley's life continues. Monday, June 26, 2006. I popped through to Ayr this evening to visit a mate, from Uni days, Ruth Hagan. After a good old chin wag over a tasty curry, we decided to finish the evening with a leisurely stroll along the beach, which somehow managed to develop into a cheeky wee dip in the sea! I had to drive home in a pair of Ruth's old pyjama's with all my wet clothes in a Premark bag under the seat! Posted by Ayley @ 9:26 pm. Artist on a quest.

When we heard the news.we were all quite worried about how he was going to get back to Glasgow. Even wee Lara was praying for his safe return! Kids with faith eh?

Back from the antipodes the saga that is Ayley's life continues. Monday, March 31, 2003. Ruby Tuesday rocks de party. I am now the proud owner of a wee Ford Festiva! She is called RUBY TUESDAY and she rocks! The couple who I bought the car from were very patient and waited a heck of a long time for my money to come through from Scotland but I’m really chuffed they did, since this cute wee Ford is ideal for me to run around in for the next couple of years. I had some interesting chats with people about li...

http://ayley.blogspot.com/2006/07/cheeky-day-off_07.html
Back from the antipodes the saga that is Ayley's life continues. Friday, July 07, 2006. Thanks to a rather flexible and accomodating boss, I was allowed to take Friday off to enjoy some of the sunshine that we've been having. I decided to visit mum and dad in Perth. Ahh, nothing like popping home for a bit of R and R! Gill joined us after her work and managed to navigate her way through all the T in the Park traffic to arrive just in time for tea! Back from the antipodes the saga that is Ayley's life continues. Friday, April 21, 2006. It was Jan's last day at work today. Jan is a Speech and Language Therapist and was one of the original team members when the service opened 3 years ago so she was quite sad to be leaving. Lorraine and I took lots of photo's in and around the work place and put together a wee montage for her so she wouldn't forget all about us! Posted by Ayley @ 11:50 pm. View my complete profile.
