http://alittlelagniappe.blogspot.com/2011/03/baby-blocks-for-ben.html
Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Baby Blocks for Ben. I haven't been crafting much lately.my sweet little 5.5 month old is keeping me pretty busy (and still waking me up at night! SO I try to squeeze in a project here and there. My nephew Ben celebrated his first birthday earlier this month so I made some baby blocks as a gift for him. One side spells his name (Bennett). One side makes a puzzle. One side has a car or some other transportation-related item. The remaining sides are random papers.

a little lagniappe: December 2009
http://alittlelagniappe.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 06, 2009. A star is born. Jolie sang her first solo in church tonight. She sang in the "big kids" Christmas muscial. She was the only 4 year old in the program. She did a few extra (unnecessary) dance moves before her solo, but I think when she started singing she won the crowd over :) I'm proud and glad it's over! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Three men and a lady...: March 2010
http://thebufs.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 29, 2010. Sawyer turned 4 on Friday. We had a great weekend celebrating his birthday. I must say he has been talking about his birthday for the past few months and I think it lived up to his expectations. Now, Jax is ready for his birthday. I guess we will planning his for the next 6 months. Oh, to be a kid again. The festivities began on Thursday. I made ice cream cone cupcakes for Sawyer's party at MDO. I can't believe my Sawyer is 4. We decided to stop by Johnny's on the way home for Saw...

a little lagniappe: Homemade Valentines
http://alittlelagniappe.blogspot.com/2010/01/homemade-valentines.html
Tuesday, January 19, 2010. If you're a friend you might remember this post. From last year, but if you're not I thought I'd share our homemade Valentine's from last year. I had a bunch of wooden blocks around so I thought they would work great for little one-year old hands. I did the pictures, friends' names, and "Be My Valentine" on the computer and printed and cut them out. The other sides of the blocks are painted. I coated these with a coat of Mod Podge too. What a great idea! I love the magnets!

Three men and a lady...: February 2010
http://thebufs.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 08, 2010. We tried to take a few pics of the boys before the Super Bowl. We were all so excited to cheer on the saints. Here is Sawyer's intimidation face. I am pretty sure this is part of the reason the Saints won. Sawyer kept saying, "this is a really special day." When I tucked Sawyer in bed last night and was walking out of the room, he yelled, "Everybody say go saints! Everybody say go super bowl! It was a special night indeed. I hope the Perry's visit again soon, because my baby bo...

Three men and a lady...: Our Jesse Tree
http://thebufs.blogspot.com/2009/12/our-jesse-tree.html
Wednesday, December 02, 2009. Next, I let Jax put the first ornament on the tree. I just bought a little tree at Hobby Lobby, but you can do any kind of tree or branch. Sawyer colored a creation picture. I decided that every night we will alternate with one boy coloring and the other hanging the ornament. What a great idea! And i loved what sawyer said about adama and eve. :) hes a smart boy! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
