Monday, January 31, 2011. Our First Day in Room 6. We started our first day back with a big team assembly. Our new team is called Maharahara. We all felt a bit nervous about who our new teacher would be and what friends we would have in our class. In Room 6 today we learnt how to colour in correctly. Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Some reminders for our trip tomorrow. Remember that we are walking down to the Lido tomorrow at 11:30 so you will need some good walking shoes. Room 7 Brightwater 2015. Monday, August 10, 2015. How Clouds Hold Water. A clear jar with water in it. We put the shaving foam on top of the water in the jar and then we dropped the coloured water on top of the shaving cream. The coloured water slowly went through the 'cloud' and it rained! We found out that when the cloud gets too heavy and it can't hold the water anymore it rains. We also found out about the Water Cycle- Evaporation, Condensation, Precipitation and then it rains! Tornado in a Bottle.

That our class ventured to the Maitai Caves,. We arrived at school at 8:15 am and had left by 8:30 am. It took around an hour to get to the track by car.
