We went Roller Skating for the first time in July 2011! She did wonderfully. So brave! Aunt Mereny brought her back a beautiful dress from her and Buck's vacation trip to Mexico. A Beautiful Young Girl. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Summer has been great! Since getting her cast off (and subsequently, taking the boot off), we've had fun. Jules got to go to the Circus with Jeff and Poppy. We've tried out several area pools and aquatic centers. My family took a quick vacation to Turner Falls in Oklahoma. We had a blast. A Beautiful Young Girl. Thursday, March 10, 2011. I haven't been good about posting lately. Life is so busy, I haven't slowed down enough to post on the blog in a while. Since the surgery, Jules' recovery was great. It went as smoothly as possible. She was really good about drinking fluids and eating what was allowed. It's so cute because she remembered the things that she wasn't supposed to eat for a while afterward (specifically chips and popcorn) and she would remind us when it was around.

A Beautiful Young Girl. Thursday, March 15, 2012. We saw a different Santa Claus this year. We were able to spend some time with him and visit. Then we decorated cookies and socialized a bit. Christmas was great this year. Jules was sent an Elf on the Shelf and named her Sophie. She visited both Mom and Dad's houses to keep an eye on the kiddo. A Beautiful Young Girl. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Jeff took Jules to see Santa on Sunday. This is a picture of a picture, so not the best quality. (and Susan, you'll find this dress familiar too. She LOVES IT! We had a busy holiday weekend. Jules loved the Parade of Lights. Like jumping up and down, clapping and screaming "Merry Christmas" to the parade participants loved it.
