How You Can Pray. Has this year been crazy for everyone or just us? Can you even believe that fall is on the way? I know I can’t. This year has been so busy and full of, well, just living life! Despite our busy lives and all of the distractions that come our way, God is good! He is our provider. It is amazing to me the things that he has done and continues to do for us and through us. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. I ran in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure the weekend before last (June 12) here in Plano, TX. It was a 5k, so it wasn't too bad. To the left is me and Josh Williams, a good friend and coworker. Josh and I went to Southeastern together. He's running for his mom, and we're both running for Katrina Owens. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Saturday, January 31, 2009. A much needed update. How quickly our days, weeks, and months fill. Jarrett finished up football. They made the playoffs! David's grandfather passed away on Thanksgiving day. Jarrett still misses him and talks about him consistently. We visited the USS Midway museum for a school field trip this week, and he said, "I wish great-grandpa could come back for just one day to see this.". What a glorious time of year! Monday, October 27, 2008. The yard is done! Newborn broke his foot in 4 places we found out today. We still have to see an orthopedic dr.
