There is only really so much that can be done in bangkok after all…. We have now booked our train ticket up to Chang Mai… 12 hours. not too bad considering we have beds and air conditioning, bit of the old ipod and a little reading🙂. Today we visited the grand palace which was amazing. All of the golden budda’s and the gem encrusted displays were really something special. Chang Mai is supposed to be amazing with so much to do. when we arrive i will let you all know🙂.

Just another WordPress.com site. January 2, 2011. So we did what we wanted to do in Loas and started to head towards Ko Phangan (one of the islands just off thailand. The first few nights we stayed in a little beach hut about 10 seconds walk out of our front door from the sea front, it was such a nice location, but a bit quiet, but we got talking to a guy who owned a bar there and he pointed us in the direction of a dive resort, this was right next to the beach as well so it was perfect.
