Healthy. Step 1: The night before. In a container with proper lid, mix together 3 or 4 tablespoons of oats, half a cup of plain yogurt. Place it in the refrigerator overnight. Step 2: First thing in the morning - Top up. I prefer it just the way it is, with the sweetness of fruits and creaminess of yogurt!
