Thompsons: October 2014
http://steveandsarathompson.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 31, 2014. Two weeks ago, Steve took his paternity leave. It was a stay-cation of sorts. We made a massive to-do list, (odd jobs around the house, errands, and fun family activities) and we worked our way through the list. One thing we did (multiple times) was visit local pumpkin patches! My favorite time of the year! Wednesday, October 15, 2014. This is how our other kids get to watch Dallas in the baby swing - from a few feet away. Sunday, October 12, 2014. Friday, October 10, 2014.

Thompsons: February 2015
http://steveandsarathompson.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 8, 2015. Last month we had some warmer days. So one day, I sent the two big kids to play in the backyard while I worked in the kitchen. They had all sorts of fun: playing with rocks, "painting" the house with dirt, digging holes around the base of a tree, and enjoying their toys that had been put away for the last few months. As I checked on them at one point, this is what I saw happening:. Keeping it Real - January Edition. She loves being a Sunbeam. Best buds with Papa. By Friday, the ...

Friday, June 20, 2014. Father's Day / Photo Dump. For Father's Day this year, we started off by taking Steve out for breakfast. Then he got to go camping with a friend. Seeing this view makes his heart happy. We also had my parents in town for the weekend. Mom made a special coconut cake for Father's Day - so we sang and let the men each blow out their own candle. Then Steve and I had a Father's Day date night: bowling! We hadn't been in such a long time. And here's what else we've been up to lately:.

Wednesday, January 5, 2011. We had a fun Christmas with the kids. I enjoy watching them open presents and get excited about their gifts. Tayton wasn't sure what to think about unwrapping presents. (I think he didn't want to rip the paper, but wasn't sure how to carefully open the packages) We are grateful we were able to spend time with family and loved ones during this special time of the year. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Last month, our ward held a primary talent show. Ellie was pretty excited to attend for her first time ever. She even wanted to play a song on the piano! So, she learned a song called "Three Little Pigs". She practiced and practiced and was ready to go. She also practiced an act with her Sunbeam class as each primary class was scheduled to perform during the talent show. Something happened to Ellie that night (that weekend, actually). She was uncharacteristically shy! 1) I have a ...
