I have been working and trying to sort out the logistics of eating/water/clothes and river crossings and find that we are going to need the following help to more easily get through this epic challenge. I shall be asking firstly the DTS Team after all, it is our challenge even if it's only me running now. So in route order here we go and I hope that some of you can help us out or I think I may go insane!

103 Mile Coast Path Charity Challenge. Monday, 16 May 2011. Ok, very quick one as I'm shattered! No Boxercise tonight so I did a road run to make up for yesterdays Eurovision hangover! Ran from Totnes to Ashrpington, then decided to go off road and cross country instead of doubling back! Beautiful run, thoroughly enjoyed it, it took me about an hour, took a lot of pictures and all body parts seeminly ok! Enjoy the photos of the beautiful South Devon countryside, I loved it. One Blog to go.

Journey to 100 miles. Friday, November 10, 2006. Nov 10th, 2006. Start Time: 6:00 am. Distance: 9.0 mi (approx). Route: Cleveland to Massie to trails to Emmet to campus to Cherry. Warm weather, great run. I would have gone longer, but had to get to an early class. Time/distance was longer than I'd planned, anyway. Great morning for a run. The quest to a 253.4km running week ……100m at a time. What’s this all about? 23/365 – open to running. After yesterday’s CrossFit 14.1 attempt, the body was feeling abit fatigued. I was expecting the run to be really tough however overall it felt pretty easy. Again the calves felt full of blood at the end. The final product was 2.3km in 9:17mins. Only a few days until I crack the 10 min mark! I finished off with 21/15/9 reps of 50kg squats and chin ups. Run long, be strong! March 3, 2014. March 2, 2014.
