After the response I had for the swimming distances post yesterday I thought it may be helpful to include a similar table for the triathlon distances. Something you should remember is for a sprint Triathlon, if the swim is in a pool and not open water it is common for the distance to be reduced to a 500mtr or even 400mtr swim. Welcome to our club. JBR Run and Tri Club was formed and developed by Jon Brown to encourage first time and experienced triathletes. The confidence and support to train for their desired goals within triathlon or the multi-sport arena. Starting off with a small group of swimmers in February 2015 it was soon apparent that the x2 lanes were not going to be enough to serve the needs of the growing members.
