Hello folks, I haven't cycled or run in a while so I went out today since the rain skipped my area. Man I felt like I did my worst. I biked 3.60 miles in 24:02 minutes. I'm going to put on my big boy shorts and look forward to Saturday Lord Willing. I also tried out a new app called runtastic, so far so good. Friday, August 2, 2013. So now it won't rain. Hoe voel je je? Als je je goed inleeft, zal waarschijnlijk een gevoel van onzekerheid en onveiligheid overheersen. Niet zo verwonderlijk dus dat veel visueel gehandicapten hun wereld en bewegingsruimte achter de befaamde geraniums zoeken en niet meer de 'run blind' aangaan.
