I provide weekly or daily input to your training plan. 1:1 OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Does in person training motivate you to stick to the plan? I offer 1:1 or small group training sessions. RunFit PDX can provide you the tools and motivation to stay on track as you train for your next running event. I will do a basic assessment to determine a starting point for the training plan.
