My weight is up to the point where I have had to pay for my monthly weigh in at Weight Watcher's since February. by my June weigh in, I want to be back in the "free zone". Sobota, 15 sierpnia 2015. Imielin 2015 czyli Cross Ekologiczny po raz drugi! No cóż nadrabiam zaległości! W Imielinie biegłam już jakiś czas temu, dokładnie 4 lipca. Aż sama się zdziwiłam, że aż tyle czasu minęło a ja ani be ani me. Ci co śledzą mojego FB. I have been working out off and on since last September because I got engaged. But I need to get serious about fitness. I have been working out and going to kickboxing classes. But I missed running. Just another WordPress.com site. February 27, 2012. Brighton Marathon Training week 8 – my first 20 miler. Tuesday’s run was an 8.5 mile jaunt around Orpington’s back streets and alleys. Both Thursday’s and Friday’s runs were lovely tempo run’s along the River Thames in the lunchtime sunshine, and finally because of yesterday’s Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon I wisely decided to miss Saturdays track session.
