This is not an official map, so I don't know how accurate it is, but the numbers add up. I calculated the mile markers for the beginning of each leg:. 1 Easy, Fast 0. 2 Clear, the Best 4.8. 3 All trail, delightful 13. 4 The Beast 18.95. 5 Rolling 27.65. 6 Tricky, stop and go 34.15. 7 Short, but full of turns 42.2. 8 Oasis 46.15. 9 Looooonnnnngggg and Hot 51.7. 13 Do or Die 81.35.

Thursday morning run and pilates with Jo. Today we met at the school for our usual in-town loop. The weather was brisk (mid-30s), but not awful. Monday, August 10. Injury Part 2/LifeRighNow Update. Was going to make this a long diatribe against the injustices of life, but decided I'd be short and sweet with the knee update. I re-tore the same ACL on my knee (the left) from the July 11th bouldering fall. The MRI was apparently pretty conclusive, and then a knee orthopedist looked at my knee and said the physical exam he did matched the MRI scan results. Soooo, I am getting knee surgery.AGAIN.
