What are we capable of? Running routines of late, and COSTUMES (What’s Your Input? Conquering the Impossible (i.e. Training on Vacation). June 17, 2015. I never thought it was possible, but I did it. I trained while on vacation at the beach. I only got in 3 runs during the week, as opposed to my normal 4, but I was just glad to have done it. Those runs coupled with daily swimming in rough seas made me feel pretty good about this vacation! Last week’s runs were as follows:. Friday: 4 miles @ 13 minute pace.
