Plumelec hosted Stage 1 arrivee, Auray hosted Stage 2 depart. Last evening we revisited Auray in the centre ville where the depart took place.a market was in progress. Keith a steady weekend with a couple of solid runs in much improved weather except his running attire looked more like a robber. Steve 5 x 3 minute intervals on Saturday (ave 3:30/km), 15km solid today (in taper mode). ACT Masters XC Handicap saw Gabe, Mia, Helen, Roger, GT, Barb and myself run (KT and SK on duty). Keith has been walkabout for a week, doing all the usual sessions in far away places like Bathurst. Even when travelling Keith still gets the job done. It's nice to know it's still cold back home. It is shaded in parts (pines) and exposed at start and finish. Today the weather was very warm. It's much cooler in the shade. There will be drinks on each of the four laps.
