Currently we have 25 women from across the country who proudly sport a Stevenson Performance Running singlet as they train and race toward their running goals. The Angels race hard and expect the best from each other at practice and in competition. We seek teammates who share a commitment to running and the pursuit of excellence in our sport. Last week I made a trip back to TO to visit friends and enjoy some downtime in one of my favourite cities. I had a wonderful time filled with food, drinks, friends and – of course – running. My first track workout in 3 years. Happy to be back at it despite burning legs.and skin. Perhaps not quite as enthusiastic about my finish? I was shocked. I have never been iron deficient.
