Wednesday May 13, 2015. One of my favorite self-imposed fashion “challenges” is to view my closet with 24/7 equal opportunity. As in, there is no “work clothes” section and no “casual clothes” section. Part of this was initially a necessity given the nonexistant closet space in San Francisco. And even though we have more space now in Tiburon, storage is still at a minimum. This summery shirtdress. And pointed toe flats. And this blouse. Below – the light sweaters. Are a favorite (I picked up two of them!

FACE: Kiehls Midnight Recovery Eye. Change of job. Change in routine. More Travel. I felt like my skin needed rescuing during the month of August … But more so the tiredness was starting to show around my eye area – fine lines and a generally drier appearance, I know this because of the dreaded undereye concealer creasing I got throughout my days at work etc. I have recently purchased Kiehls Midnight Recovery Eye to see what ‘repair’ I could do topically, alongside upping my water intake. Whilst I love t...

Welcome to World Traveler in Training! Castellers, Barcelona's Human Towers. Wednesday, November 12, 2014. While in Barcelona for the Feste de Merce, we got to watch Castellers build human towers in the Gothic Quarter twice. Along with the Correfoc, watching the teams steadily build their lofty towers was the most memorable part of my time in Barcelona. The base or pinya. Once the pinya is in place, the next layer moves in from the outside over their shoulders and the music Toc de Castells. While the bui...

Battle of The Mascaras: Benefit Roller Lash v. Maybelline Lash Sensational. New Benefit product launches are some of the most hyped up makeup launches around, and the hype around Benefit's Roller Lash mascara was no different. Deemed by some as the best mascara ever, it was an instant hit and everyone seemed to be raving about it, especially as Elle magazine gave out mini samples right before the launch, creating even more hype as the masses were able to give it a test run. Option wins on the curl front,...

Beauty, Fashion and Life. Sunday, 23 August 2015. As I mentioned in my Travel Diary. I was feeling a little bit spendy and decided to treat myself to a few things, I was on holiday after all! One of my favourite places that I visited in London was Covent Garden, home to an array of wonderful shops including Laduree and Jo Malone. My primary reason for visiting Laduree. I hope you enjoyed this rather rambly post, I'll be back soon with a follow up on some of the items featured. 23 August 2015 at 11:06.

Put Your Back Into It. April 5, 2015. Pictures by Christian Samuelson. An Italian Dress Up. What girl doesn’t love dressing up? I know I do, I mean the power a dress has to completely transform, not only the way you look, but also the way you feel. A good dress on a girl should have the same effect as a suit on a guy, make you ooze with confidence and own that room. DRESS – Topshop –. Some of my favourite open back options here.
