Monday July 4, 2016. Hometown parade and other festivities to follow after the race. Out and back course on rolling rural roads starting and finishing in downtown Ridgefield. From I-5 take Exit 14, go West on. Pioneer and follow the signs 3 miles to downtown Ridgefield. Event Coordinator: Angela Shields. 7:00 am - Race Day Registration Begins. 7:50 am - Kids Dash. 8:00 am - 5k and 10k start. 5K - $30 w/ shirt or $20 without. 10K - $40 w/ shirt or $30 without. Additional $5 for Race Day Registration.

Surf. ランニング、自転車、そしてサーフィン。他にもいろいろ。山登ったりとか。 梅雨の合間の天気のいい日を狙って初奥多摩。梅沢の三ツ釜の滝〜ネジレの滝〜大滝へ。やっぱり暑い時期は滝だろ、と。 なんとなく、それほど遠くないないと思ってたんだけど、立川から奥多摩方面はけっこうある。しかも、平日だからか、朝、電車がメチャメチャ混んでるし! 寝て行こうと思ってたからシンドかった…。もうちょっと早く、早朝じゃないとダメなのかも。青梅からは単線で、社内にモニタが付いてるハイテク車両（? 65289;が4 両編成で単線を走ってる姿はなかなかカワイイ。 7:00 頃に出発して鳩の巣駅に着いたのは 9:00 ちょっと前。駅で準備を整えて早速出発。多摩川に架かる橋を渡って、舗装路をしばらく歩くと大楢峠へ向かう山道へ。ここまでの道がちょっとわかりにくい。 山道に入ってからは、深い森の中を黙々と歩く。途中で見晴らしのいい場所に東屋（? 65289;けど、それはまた今度のお楽しみってことで、梅沢方面へ下る。 ここから三ツ釜の滝・ネジレの滝経由で大滝へ。徒歩で 30 ...って温泉。...
