And since my last post ALOT has happened. separated from husband, moved 4 times, had to get settled and purchase new furniture.met a super guy online, suffering work stress etc etc. And the scale keep kreepin up. Planned to have a hamburger for lunch- also purchased and ate a apple. Fritter when I went to buy hamburgerbuns (got white instead of brown). Then I have some cookies.
