Suzy's Jog Blog: November 2006
http://suzshe.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 25, 2006. I made up my own schedule today. I completed Week 5 on Tgiving. I have to work Mon, Tues, and Wed next week so I wont' start Week 6 until Thursday. Today I watched SATC so I did 30min total. I did 5min walking/10min jogging/6min walking/5min jogging/4min walking. I wanted to do a long run outside but couldn't get Matt's ipod loaded with my music. It was so much harder to do 10min on the treadmill. Outside is so much easier. Thursday, November 23, 2006. Week 5 Day 3 - C25K.

Suzy's Jog Blog: long time no run
http://suzshe.blogspot.com/2008/06/long-time-no-run.html
Saturday, June 28, 2008. Long time no run. Ran for the first time at the new house. I only managed a mile. But it was a good start. The problem with the new place is that it's on a hill. So my mile run was challenging in parts. But of course with a hill comes some fantastic views. Today however was froggy and I saw nada except for some very nice houses. I counted 8 cars on my run. That's more than I expected. Can't hear them from the house so that's very cool. Yay for going out for a run! Long time no run.

Suzy's Jog Blog: VCM 2007!
http://suzshe.blogspot.com/2007/05/vcm-2007.html
Tuesday, May 29, 2007. There is so much to say, so much has been said. I guess I will let the pictures speak for most of it: http:/ picasaweb.google.com/suzshe/VCMRelay2007. There were ups and downs. I've got to make a blog entry to list those ups and downs and things we can do better next year. But not tonight, not tonight. I'm still on a high from 2 days ago. I've searched online for other races. I can't wait a whole year to do that again! I cannot wait to do it again. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Saturday, May 24, 2008. No one will be reading this today but I feel like I should write a final post before D-day. We're doing last minute preparations and awaiting Becky's arrival. We'll have a full car. 3 adults, 4 kids and a dog plus all our stuff. Yikes! But it'll be fun. See you all on the other side with stories, pictures and lots of post-race excitement. WE DID IT AGAIN! I'm sure it's the extra weight. Still awaiting Ali's 1 out of 10 run. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). VCM 2008 Relay Leg predictions. A frog in the hand. View my complete profile.

Suzy's Jog Blog: running with company
http://suzshe.blogspot.com/2008/05/running-with-company.html
Thursday, May 22, 2008. It reminds me of a book we read to Nick " Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel. When Mike and his steam shovel had people watching them they worked a little better and a little faster. The more people they had watching, the faster they worked. With all the 1000s of people at the race this Sunday I'll surely be picking up my pace. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). VCM 2008 Relay Leg predictions. A frog in the hand. Suzy's Jog Blog: May 2007
http://suzshe.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 30, 2007. No goal in sight and I still ran. I did 3.2mi around the neighborhood. I didn't even bring my watch! That's a major accomplishment for me. At first I felt strange not knowing how fast I was going (hence knowing how far I'd gone and when I could stop). Eventually my mind took over and I was once again thinking about the day of the marathon. It was a good run. No wildlife viewings. Tuesday, May 29, 2007. Our team did awesome. Much better than Matt's spreadsheet predicted. W...I wen...

Today I need to do 2miles but don't have a chance to do it outside. I will have to use the dreadmill, sigh. Hey kids, what do you want to watch. Sunday, March 25, 2007.
