Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Here is the new house we are buying. It is a foreclosure, and sorely in need of some TLC. It is located about 3 miles south of us in a neighborhood similar to where we live now. The house is also very close to what we have just with a little bit more square footage, a barn and acreage. It is located on a cul-de-sac on a quiet dirt road. For a foreclosure, the house is in good shape. It's not trashed, just very outdated. The bathrooms still have the gold toilets from the 70's.
