Saru mo ki kara ochiru. Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Decorations at Disney World. We went around looking at some holiday decorations at some of the hotels. Everything was very festive. Here we are at Shades of Green:. There was also a festive wreath display where each department of the hotel decorated a wreath and we had to vote for our favorite. Next we went to the Wilderness Lodge. I have never been here before and it was pretty neat. There was a handbell choir performing and everything.

It's not much but the kids managed to do a little sledding and even made a snowman. It was only a heavy dusting but for around here it may as well have been a foot or two. Saru mo ki kara ochiru. Monday, October 1, 2012. In the heart of Downtown Disney is a small bakery called BabyCakes. Pretty much free of all allergens, I stopped there a few times for some tasty treats. Among the cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies, doughnuts, and other deliciousness, I think my favorite was the cookie sandwich. Two cookies with a schmear of frosting in the middle. YUMMMM! Established May 11, 2007. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. We went to Monster Jam a few weeks ago and had a blast! The weather was rainy all day, but we managed to hang out the entire day. Gavin refused to keep his hood on, so we spent an hour or so in the car to dry off a bit, but other than that we were outside checking everything out! Established May 11, 2007. Tuesday, November 8, 2011. This is our second year participating in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk. I somehow ended up being "Team Captain" and it was lots of fun. Robert's boss, Jason, donated chicken biscuits to us so I could bring everyone food. We didn't have too many people walk this year, but we still had a blast. Some days it feels like the only time we are together as a family is when we are putting the kids to bed. Earlier this year Brooke's class learned about being an arborist.
