先日は「インターネットでライアンのエクササイズを見れますか？」というブログを書きました。読者の方から「もうちょっと簡単な動きはないですか？」と言う質問が来ました。了解です！ 今日のビデオは、３つの動きを使います。この流れは元々男性向きですが、この動きは誰にでも役立つ流れだと思います。 スペースをとらず、自宅でも出来ます。この３つの動きを１０分間連続すると汗をかいて、いい身体になると思います。初心者の方は５分を週２回やってみましょう。姿勢は一番大切なことなので毎回正しくやりましょう。 日本人には悪い癖があります。スクワットをするとき大抵、膝をつま先の前に出してしゃがみます。この動きを続けたら膝に負担をかけ痛める原因になるので、次の３つのポイントをしっかり守って下さい。 スクワットは下半身の為ですが、特におしりに効果があります。足の関節が強くなり、ヒップアップにもなります。 ２。ダウンドッグ「下を向いている犬」 (Downward Facing Dog）. ヨガの基本ポーズですが、ちゃんと出来る方は少ないです！このポーズは絶対にマスターすべきです。 日本人には悪い癖があります。スクワットをする...
