Today marks my 2 year aniversary - with my job. its unbelievable really how fast time flies by. i can honestly remember my last day at school, feeling a lil bit scared, and thinking that i actually have to go out and find a decent paying job doing what i was taught in school. fast forward 2 years later, and here i am. being paid to be creative. thats pretty cool. Thursday, February 24, 2005. Its been a long time since ive last posted something. Work has been steady. i recieved a 'raise'. although i have to say a good portion of it has gone to the gov't. I was quite upset on how much i was taxed. but regardless, my hard work has been recognized, which is still nice. hopefully on the next raise, ill actually get to see some money. Thursday, June 23, 2005. BB King: Round 2! Bb king is coming to town again. but this time for his 80th birthday. and i just bought tickets! Yes i know ive already seen him play just recently, but what is different this is that kenny wayne shepherd. Is opening for him! As soon i saw that he would be part of the show, i was stoked*! That is word i would never ever use, but for some reason it fits) this is awesome because a lot of my favorite musicians have been coming to toronto latley. I am 24 years old.
