JamieVincentDesign: Insipiration
http://jamievincentdesign.blogspot.com/2011/03/insipiration.html
I was looking at doing some more paper sculptures and did some research into inspiration via nature. I found that there was lots of interesting shapes and forms to be found in nature. My favorites were waves and flowers. The 'wave' effect is quite achievable trough scoring. I like the idea of producing a flour out of paper as the layered effect of flours is also achievable trough paper. After a little experimenting i came up with a. Few different efforts to emulate the wave effect. Images for My Poster.

JamieVincentDesign: Peter Callesen
http://jamievincentdesign.blogspot.com/2011/03/peter-callesen.html
I've enjoyed looking at Peter Callesens work, i've found his work to be very eye catching i especially enjoy some of his simpiler pieces. Its the perfect blend of simplicity and a complex piece. I especially enjoy the pieces that are framed, due to the fact that they have a coloured background i feel like it makes the white 'pop' off the background a bit more and add another dimension to the piece. After looking at Jen starks work i felt inspired to do some more intricate pieces and mess around a thicker card. JamieVincentDesign: Richard Sweeney
http://jamievincentdesign.blogspot.com/2011/03/richard-sweeney.html
Also the photography of his work is very good, it's like the final touch to his piece. Following the workshop with Richard Sweeney i looked into more of his work, his work is very inspirational. I think the way he achieves some of the sculptures is impressive, the scoring on his work makes for a very clean finish. His work looks very professional and stylish.
