Monday, March 22, 2010. Well I have decided to take my training to the next level and train for a half marathon (there is method in my madness somewhere, will explain later). The schedule started on the weekend where I clocked up enough miles over two days to get me there in a long slow fashion. Today is actually a scheduled rest, so I am feeling a little tetchy right now, but I have two sessions tomorrow. If the weekend was anything to go by, it should shape up to be a great day.
